Shipping policy

FrostGlow works with trusted partner warehouses — your order ships from whichever gets it to you fastest.

Standard UK delivery: 7–15 working days, fully tracked. Shipping is free on all UK orders.

We're moving best-sellers into a UK warehouse soon, which will cut delivery to a few days.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, email hello@frostglow.example and we'll chase it.
