Terms of service

By buying from FrostGlow you agree to these terms.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable; UK shipping is free. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable we'll refund you in full. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns: see our Refund Policy — 14 days to change your mind, full refunds for faulty items, £3.95 handling fee on change-of-mind returns.

Use products as directed; descriptions describe general cosmetic and lifestyle benefits and are not medical advice.

Our liability is limited to the price you paid; your statutory UK consumer rights are unaffected.
